铸型法,解剖显微镜及扫描电镜观察正常成年大鼠垂体血管构筑,以目镜测微器测定了8个大鼠垂体的长门静脉、短门静脉和垂体外侧静脉。对所测结果进行计算表明,垂体外侧静脉可容许通过的血容量远大于长门静脉和短门静脉容许流量的总和。因此可认为,大鼠垂体内血流的主要方向,是由神经垂体流向腺垂体。铸型还显示长门静脉、短门静脉、垂体外侧静脉属支存有较明显的局部环形缩窄。据信,该处有括约肌存在。它们或许对垂体内血流具有重要的调控作用。
Casting method, dissecting microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to observe the structure of pituitary vessels in normal adult rats. The ectocervical pylorus, long portal vein, short-vessel vein and pituitary vein in 8 rats were detected by eyepiece micrometer. Calculations of the measured results show that the volume of blood that is allowed to pass through the lateral pituitary veins is much larger than the sum of the allowable flows of long and short portal veins. Therefore, it can be considered that the main direction of the blood flow in the pituitary of rats is from the pituitary gland to the pituitary gland. Casting also showed long portal vein, short portal vein, lateral pituitary vein branch is more obvious local ring narrowing. It is believed that there sphincter there. They may have an important regulatory role in pituitary blood flow.
