在大多数人的观念中,幼儿园教师队伍是“女儿国”,是男人的“禁区”。其实,在一个世纪之前,幼儿园这块处女地就是男人开垦的。世界上第一个幼儿园的创始人,德国著名的学前教育家福禄倍尔先生,他于1837年在德国的布兰肯堡创办了世界上第一个学前儿童教育机构。1923年,我们中国历史上第一个幼儿园——南京市鼓楼幼稚园,就是我国现代著名的儿童教育家陈鹤琴先生创办的。他的主要助手、著名儿童教育家张宗麟先生,就是我国幼儿教育史上第一位男教师。
In most people’s minds, kindergarten teachers are “daughter countries” and are men’s “forbidden zones.” In fact, a century ago, kindergarten virgin land is a man reclaimed. The founder of the world’s first kindergarten, the famous German pre-school educator, Mr. Faupeul, founded the world’s first pre-school children’s educational institution in Blankenburg, Germany, in 1837. In 1923, the first kindergarten in our history in China, Nanjing Drum Tower Kindergarten, was founded by Chen Heqin, a modern well-known child educator in our country. His main aide, Mr. Zhang Zonglin, a famous child educator, is the first male teacher in the history of early childhood education in our country.
