施工现场是建筑企业展示其企业文化和管理水平的主要舞台,是企业实现其经济效益的重要场所。加强建筑施工现场管理是建筑施工企业的重要工作。现场管理内容包含很多,涉及到现场管理,施工安全、机械、消防、环境以及职业健康等诸多领域。由于受工程规模、施工环境以及其他客观因素的多方面限制,对建筑施工企业而言进一步规范和提升施工现场的管理,仍然是一个亟待解决的重要课题。因此结合本人多年的施工现场管理经验,就如何加强施工现场的管理,谈几点浅显的认识。
