兰科植物种子共生萌发需要共生真菌的参与。真菌受生境的影响,原地与异地种子萌发状况是否一致对于兰科植物保护十分重要。以华石斛Dendrobium sinense为材料,比较华石斛种子原地与实验室内播种于不同附生宿主树皮上其种子萌发情况。结果表明:(1)两者均在播种75 d后华石斛种子开始萌发,播种后135 d后附生宿主树上华石斛萌发原球茎数达到高峰,在185 d后华石斛种子萌发的原球茎数基本趋于稳定;(2)异地条件下150 d后,部分绿色原球茎开始逐渐白化消亡;(3)碎叶蒲桃上华石斛在2种环境中均有少量种子萌发,雅加松、马蹄荷上华石斛在原地与异地条件下均无种子萌发,大叶布拉栎上的华石斛只在异地萌发,竹叶松上的华石斛种子只在原地萌发。可见,原地与异地对于华石斛萌发原球茎存在一定程度的影响。
Symbiotic germination of orchidaceous seeds requires the participation of symbiotic fungi. Fungi affected by the habitat, the in situ and in situ seed germination of the same state of origin for the protection of orchids is very important. Dendrobium sinense was used as material to compare the seed germination of Dendrobium nobile seed in situ and in laboratory with different epiphytic host barks. The results showed that: (1) Seeds germinated germinating 75 d after sowing, and the number of germinated protocorms reached the peak at 135 d after sowing, and the protocorm bulbs germinated 185 days later (2) Some green protocorms began to whiten and disappear after 150 days in different conditions; (3) Small numbers of seeds germinated in both kinds of environment, Dendrobium Horseshoe Dendrobium has no seed germination on the spot and in different places. Dendrobium huoshanense on Larix glabra leaves germinate only in different places. The seed of Dendrobium candidum on bamboo leaves only germinates in situ. Visible, in situ and off-site for the germination of protocorms of Dendrobium have a certain degree of impact.
