目的探讨中西医结合保守治疗阑尾炎性包块的临床效果。方法回顾分析自2014年1月~12月，我院收治的80例阑尾炎性包块患者的临床资料。将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，常规西医治疗对照组患者(n=40)，给予头抱曲松钠和奥硝唑抗感染。中西医联合治疗观察组患者(n=40)，给予头抱曲松钠、奥硝唑和中药汤剂。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组，<0.05。保守治疗无效的患者中转手术均治疗痊愈。结论中西医结合治疗阑尾炎性包块临床效果佳，促进患者康复，缩短住院时间，具有临床应用价值。“,”Objective To investigate the curing ef ect of traditional Chinese and western medicine for appendiceal abscesses.Methods Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of appendiceal abscesses in our hospital.The patients al visited our hospital from January 2014 to December 2012.The 80 cases patient with appendiceal abscesses were divided into two groups,control group and observation group.The control group patients(n=40)were treated with western medicine, Ceftriaxone Sodium and Ornidazole. The observation group patients (n=40) were treated with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,Ceftriaxone Sodium,Ornidazole and Chinese decoction.Results The ef ective percentage for the observation group's treatment method was 95.00%,while the ef ective percentage for the control group's treatment method was 87.50%,showing a significant dif erence( <0.05).The observation group was bet er than control group in the required time of odynolysis,temperature recovery,the functional recovery of gastrointestinal tract and hospitalization ( <0.05).Conclusion The curing ef ect of traditional Chinese and western medicine for appendiceal abscesses is excel ent.This treatment method can facilitate patents to recover and reduce hospital stays,which is worth while application.
