我厂锻压车间0.5吨汽锤勾贝锤头燕尾损坏,如下图所示。该勾贝为波兰进口40Cr钢,经成分化验测定含碳量为0.42~0.45。为了合理地制订修复工艺方案。我们进行了工艺讨论,将提出的两种方案进行了比较。方案Ⅰ将破断的燕尾块焊到锤头上;①勾贝尺寸和形状保持原状;②焊接工作量较大;③加工量较小;④质量不易保证; 方案Ⅱ锤头上提50mm;重开燕尾,堆焊缺位;①整个勾贝短50mm,行程是否受影响需论证;②焊接工作量少;③加工量较大;④质量完全可以保证;
