本实验观察了人参总甙腹腔注射后对垂体—性腺系统分子内分泌功能调节作用。人参总甙对雌雄青年、中老年两组大鼠垂体r—β—LH—mRNA含量有明显提高作用,加快β—LH基因表达中的转录过程。同时测定大鼠血浆LH、雌二醇和睾酮含量,发现这些激素的含量变化与垂体r—β—LH—mRNA含量变化不一致。人参皂甙对青年组雌雄大鼠血浆诸激素含量影响很小,但使中老年雌雄组大鼠血浆中LH含量明显下降,雌鼠血浆中雌二醇含量明显增高。说明,人参总甙的调节作用是多层次的。
This experiment observes the regulation of the endocrine function of the pituitary-gonadal system after intraperitoneal injection of ginsenosides. Total ginseng has significantly increased the expression of pituitary r-β-LH mRNA in young male and female and middle-aged and old-aged rats, accelerating the transcription process of β-LH gene expression. At the same time, the contents of LH, estradiol, and testosterone in the plasma of rats were measured. It was found that the content of these hormones was inconsistent with the change of pituitary r-β-LH mRNA. Ginsenosides had little effect on the levels of plasma hormones in the young male and female rats. However, the plasma LH levels in the middle-aged male and female rats decreased significantly, and the female estradiol levels in the female rats increased significantly. It shows that the regulatory role of ginseng is multi-level.
