从当前我国经济增长趋缓的背景出发,运用景气分析方法建立了电力行业景气指数,分析了我国电力行业的运行态势,得出结论:高耗能产业增长缓慢引起全社会用电量增速回落;当前用电结构发生了变化,经济增长带有明显的结构调整特征;能源供给结构得到进一步优化,新能源发电快速增长;电力行业景气将于2012年三季度达到谷底,于第四季度开始上升;电力消费变化反映了经济走势,因此,应该抓住时机进一步调整优化产业结构。
From the current background of slowing economic growth in our country, this paper establishes the prosperity index of power industry by using the method of boom analysis and analyzes the operating situation of power industry in our country. It concludes that the slow growth of high energy-consuming industries has caused the growth of electricity consumption in the whole society to drop ; The current electricity consumption structure has changed and the economic growth has obvious structural adjustment features; the energy supply structure has been further optimized and the new energy power generation has been rapidly increasing; the power industry boom will reach the bottom in the third quarter of 2012 and will start to rise in the fourth quarter ; Changes in electricity consumption reflect the economic trend, therefore, should seize the opportunity to further adjust and optimize the industrial structure.
