1病例简介患者,女,27岁,G6P3L3。妊娠15周时我院首次超声检查示:脐带于子宫左侧壁下段、胎盘左下方3.4cm处附着于胎膜,脐血管在胎膜内分开走行一段距离后各自进入胎盘。妊娠33周、39周超声检查均示:脐带近胎盘段于子宫左下壁附着于胎膜,脐静脉单独走行,两条脐动脉于胎膜内并行一段距离后又分开走行,各自插入胎盘(图1)。超声诊断:符合帆状胎盘声像图。患者于孕39+4周因“阴道流液并规律
