目的:观察注射用碳酸酰胺过氧化氢治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的疗效。方法:选择诊断明确的急性一氧化碳中毒患者62例分为治疗组(30例)及对照组(32例)。治疗组给予吸氧.静滴注射用碳酸酰胺过氧化氢、20%甘露醇、细胞色素C、地塞米松;对照组除不用碳酸酰胺过氧化氢外同治疗组。结果:治疗组治疗后4小时显效19例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率为96.7%。对照组显效10例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率为75%(P<0.05)。结论:使用注射用碳酸酰胺过氧化氢治疗急性一氧化碳中毒,可有效提高线粒体内氧分压,提供缺氧组织氧份,迅速改善临床症状体征,显著降低COHb浓度,使意识障碍转清较快。是纠正低氧血症,治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的有效、安全的药物。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of carbamide amide injection in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods: Sixty-two patients with definite diagnosis of acute carbon monoxide poisoning were divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (32 cases). The treatment group was given oxygen, intravenous infusion of carbamide amide hydrogen peroxide, 20% mannitol, cytochrome C, dexamethasone; control group except with carbamide amide hydrogen peroxide outside the same treatment group. Results: In the treatment group, 19 cases were markedly effective 4 hours after treatment, 10 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.7%. The control group, markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 14 cases, 8 cases, the total effective rate was 75% (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning by injection of carbamide hydrogen peroxide can effectively increase the oxygen partial pressure in the mitochondria, provide the hypoxia tissue oxygen, rapidly improve clinical symptoms and signs, significantly reduce the concentration of COHb, and make the disturbance of consciousness clear. Is to correct hypoxemia, the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning effective and safe drugs.
