感染血吸虫后,身体早期出现的病理变化一般在感染后第3～9周内,这和成虫产卵时间相吻合。其病理变化包括尾蚴随血液逸至门静脉途中引起的变化、成虫在门静脉内寄生时成虫本身及其代谢产物引起的变化以及虫卵引起的病变。
After infection with schistosomes, pathological changes that occur early in the body are generally within 3-9 weeks after infection, which coincides with the adult egg laying time. The pathological changes include cercariae with the escape of blood to the portal vein on the way caused by changes in adult parasites and their metabolites caused by adult parasites in the portal vein and egg-induced lesions.
