蓝田日暖玉生烟此印刻过两方,皆为白文古玺印式,前刻带回面边栏,结字、线条过于直白少韵味。此刻除去边栏,局部作并笔处理,感觉胜于前刻。白文古玺印无边栏而能聚气凝神方为佳构。庶几心会刻朱文大印费时费力,其效果未必如意。朱文大印难在用刀,用刀过正,线条肥厚无力,缺少金石感,用刀过偏,线条虚薄轻浮。朱文大印,下刀的轻重,线质的虚实至为重要。
