目的:采用HPLC/UV法对玄参药材进行指纹图谱的研究。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇和0.1%甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速:1 mL/min。结果:得到分离度、精密度和重复性均较好的玄参药材HPLC/UV指纹图谱。结论:本方法可用于玄参药材的指纹图谱测定,并为其全面质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To study the fingerprint of Radix Scrophulariae by HPLC/UV method. METHODS: Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase gradient of methanol and 0.1% formic acid. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. RESULTS: HPLC/UV fingerprints of Scrophularia sinensis were obtained with good resolution, precision and repeatability. Conclusion: This method can be used for fingerprint determination of Radix Scrophulariae and provides reference for its overall quality control.
