自1988年2月至1990年12月,我们采用局麻小切口直视下不放置支架术式,吻合结扎后输卵管81例、160条,手术方法简便,随访效果满意。一、临床资料81例中本县73例,其他地区8例。年龄22～42岁。结扎年限8个月～10年,其中不足2年者7例、2～5年27例、5～10年47例。结扎术式为波式法57例,改良麦氏法17例,银夹绝育法7例。绝育术经过均基本顺利,术后无并发症。吻合术前检查无手术禁忌证,男方
