目的:比较甲硝唑、替硝唑体外抑制阴道毛滴虫的疗效,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:设置实验组与对照组,实验组加入含不同浓度的甲硝唑和替硝唑无菌生理盐水0.5mL。向两组加入混匀后等量(0.1mL)活虫率均为90%以上的滴虫悬液,24h后用显微镜观察,计算出两药的抑制率。结果:培养24h后,①随着两药浓度的升高,其抑制率也升高;②同浓度下替硝唑抑制率高于甲硝唑;③在低于200μg/mL时,甲硝唑和替硝唑抑制作用相差不大,而高于200μg/mL时,替硝唑的抑制作用明显高于甲硝唑;④药物浓度低于500μg/mL时,甲硝唑和替硝唑抑制率均不高于20%,而高于500μg/mL时,甲硝唑和替硝唑抑制作用明显增强。结论:甲硝唑和替硝唑在高浓度时均有良好的抑制作用,但同浓度下替硝唑的抑制效果要优于甲硝唑。
Objective: To compare the curative effect of metronidazole and tinidazole on Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro, and provide a reference for clinical application. Methods: The experimental group and the control group were set up. The experimental group was given 0.5 mL sterile saline containing different concentrations of metronidazole and tinidazole. To the two groups were added after mixing equal volume (0.1mL) live trichomoniasis rate of 90% or more of the trichomonas suspension, 24h after microscopic observation to calculate the inhibition rate of two drugs. Results: After 24h incubation, the inhibitory rate of tinidazole increased with the increase of the concentration of the two drugs; (2) the inhibition rate of tinidazole was higher than that of metronidazole at the same concentration; (3) And tinidazole inhibitory effect is not much difference, while higher than 200μg / mL, tinidazole inhibition was significantly higher than metronidazole; ④ drug concentrations below 500μg / mL, metronidazole and tinidazole inhibition rate Were not higher than 20%, while higher than 500μg / mL, metronidazole and tinidazole inhibition was significantly enhanced. CONCLUSION: Metronidazole and tinidazole have good inhibitory effect at high concentration, but the inhibitory effect of tinidazole at the same concentration is better than metronidazole.
