二苯羟乙酸-3-喹咛环酯的结构式为: 从化学结构看,它与替代羟乙酸哌啶酯类化合物相似。这类化合物具有抗胆碱能作用,对大鼠中枢神经系统的作用以及对人的拟精神病作用。关于替代羟乙酸哌啶酯在体内的分布和代谢,在文献上有一些报道。关于QNB在体内代谢的资料较少。我们用~3H-QNB观察了它在小鼠体内的分布。
The structural formula of benzbalanilide is as follows: It is similar to the substituted piperidinyl glycolate in chemical structure. These compounds have anticholinergic effects on the central nervous system of rats and on human psychotropic effects. There are some reports in the literature about the substitution and metabolism of piperidinyl glycolate in the body. There is less information on QNB metabolism in the body. We used ~ 3H-QNB to observe its distribution in mice.
