本文介绍了采用常规模拟仪表实现工业燃煤锅炉优化燃烧过程控制的原理和最佳氧量调节器的改制方法,并在一台10t/h 链式燃煤锅炉上进行试验研究.(?)最佳(?)空气系数与负荷的函数关系进行设定的优化燃烧控制是可行的,并且是一项便于推广应用的节能控制途径。同时本文也讨论了实现优化燃烧控制的难点。
In this paper, the principle of optimizing the combustion process of industrial coal-fired boilers and the reorganization method of the optimal oxygen regulator using conventional analog instruments are introduced, and the experiments are carried out on a 10t / h chain coal-fired boiler. Optimal (?) Air-to-air load as a function of load to optimize the combustion control is feasible, and is an easy to promote the use of energy-saving control approach. At the same time, this article also discusses the difficulty of achieving optimal combustion control.
