绩效管理与绩效考核这两者之间相差就两个字,但体现的理念却不一样。绩效管理注重的是过程,通过过程来控制结果。绩效考核它强调的是考核,关注的更多是结果。虽然从形式上看两者差异并非很大,但在流程上却存在区别。绩效考核的流程主要有两个,一是绩效计划与目标体系的设置,二是绩效评估与回报。绩效管理的流程主要有三个,一是绩效计划与目标体系的设置,二是绩效指导,三是绩效评估与回报。
Performance management and performance appraisal of the difference between the two words, but the concept is not the same.
