两种紙上层析展开剂:Ⅰ.庚酮-2～浓盐酸(70:30V/V);Ⅱ.苯乙酮-丙酮-浓盐酸(50:20:30V/V/V)。用于鉑族元素(包括金和銀)的层析,結果良好。能分离若干鉑族混合物。分别研究二十三种常見金属离子在所述展开剂中的层析行为和氯离子、硝酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根和高氯酸根对鉑族层析的影响。制定不經預先分离的紙上层析直接比色测定阳极泥中金的快速法。可测定少至0.06微克金(1厘米寬紙条)、相对誤差为±10％。
Two kinds of paper chromatography on the developer: Ⅰ heptanone -2 ~ concentrated hydrochloric acid (70: 30V / V); Ⅱ acetophenone - acetone - concentrated hydrochloric acid (50: 20: 30V / V / V). For the platinum group elements (including gold and silver) chromatography, the result is good. Several platinum group mixtures can be separated. The chromatographic behavior of twenty-three common metal ions in the developing solvent and the effect of chloride, nitrate, sulfate, phosphate and perchlorate on the platinum group chromatography were investigated respectively. Development without prior separation of the direct colorimetric determination of anode mud gold fast method. Measurable as little as 0.06 micrograms of gold (1 cm wide strip), the relative error of ± 10%.
