梨长蠹虫属鞘翅目长蠹虫科,学名待查,邵阳地区园艺场有的群众称为“梨麻壳象鼻虫”。近年来,此虫在该场各队及附近梨园严重发生为害,造成树势衰弱,产量下降,甚至成灾毁园,如该场有650亩梨园,已被害死树达80余亩。据反映,此虫1952年在该园艺场原范家山工区就有发生,在2,200株梨树中,被害死树达50多株。遵照毛主席:“同病虫害作斗争”
