某隧道是我国第一座设置机械通风的隧道,自1965年铁道部组织鉴定通风试验以来,13年间帘幕机械通风基本使用正常,收到了效果,很受养护工人和乘务人员的欢迎,现将运营通风情况分述于后。一、通风形式及设备状况该隧道为高洞口吸出式通风排烟;通风机械设在北端高洞口(进口),风道平行于主洞,位于主洞两侧(见图1),风道中线与隧道中线间距17米,每侧风道口各设Y-20型轴流式通风机两台,共计4台。每台通风机在进风侧各装配J072型28kW电动机一台,通过7根V型橡胶带带动运转。每台通风机机械性能规格如表1。帘幕设于高洞口(进口),为左右开闭式,系 A tunnel is China’s first tunnel with mechanical ventilation.
