目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)基因在食管鳞癌的表达,探讨其临床病理意义。方法选自2010年5月—2012年9月在河北省卢龙县医院治疗的90例食管鳞癌患者。同时选取健康检查者50例作为正常对照组,对比2组的MMP-9基因表达水平,并分析年龄、性别、家庭史、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、TNM分期与MMP-9基因的相关性。结果 56例标本出现MMP-9基因的表达,MMP-9基因阳性表达率为62.2%。食管鳞癌患者血清中MMP-9水平为(271.93±32.43)ng/ml,正常对照组为(201.51±29.47)ng/ml,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=12.710,P<0.05)。通过相关性分析,血清中MMP-9与食管鳞癌患者的淋巴结转移、远处转移、TNM分期存在着相关性,而与年龄、性别、T分期、组织分化程度不相关。不同淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期的MMP-9表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管鳞癌患者的MMP-9表达水平异常升高,MMP-9表达与食管鳞癌患者发病年龄、性别、T分期、组织分化程度无明显关系;但随着淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期的不同,血清中MMP-9表达水平也不同。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and to explore the clinicopathological significance. Methods From May 2010 to September 2012 in Lulong County Hospital of Hebei Province, 90 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients. At the same time, 50 healthy controls were selected as the normal control group to compare the expression of MMP-9 gene in two groups, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of MMP-9 gene and age, sex, family history, histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, TNM stage Relevance. Results The expression of MMP-9 gene in 56 specimens was found. The positive rate of MMP-9 gene expression was 62.2%. Correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation between serum MMP-9 and lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stage in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, but not with age, sex, T stage and histological grade. The expression of MMP-9 in different lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stage was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is abnormally elevated. The expression of MMP-9 is not related to the age, sex, T stage and differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients. However, with the lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM Different staging, serum MMP-9 expression levels are also different.
