本文介绍一种适宜于世界各地评价抗风湿药物的方案,提出了一系列用于研究此类药物作用方式的实验方法,并把临床和实验室两者结合起来。炎症的动物模型动物实验资料应能:一、剔除有毒性反应的药物;二、指出药物可能具有的抗风湿效应和其他不必要的作用;三、为了解药物可能的作用方式而提供某些线索。
This article presents a program that is appropriate for evaluating anti-rheumatic drugs around the world, presents a series of experimental methods for studying the mode of action of such drugs, and combines the clinical and laboratory aspects. Animal models of inflammation should be able to: • Identify drugs that have toxic reactions; • Identify possible anti-rheumatic effects and other unwanted effects of drugs; and • Provide some clues to understand the possible modes of action of drugs .
