对江苏省 1996~ 1999年间主要推广种植、引种及区域试验中的 87个小麦品种 30 2份样品进行主要品质性状分析结果表明 ,江苏省小麦品种以中筋小麦品种为主 ,主要品质性状平均值为 :容重 772 4± 2 2 4g/L ,出粉率 66 2 %± 4 2 % ,面粉蛋白质 12 84 %± 1 66% ,湿面筋 30 62 %± 5 63% ,沉降值 50 9± 10 7ml,稳定时间 4 53± 2 96min ,评价值 4 4 87± 9 16。有 16 84 %的品种达到国家优质强筋小麦或弱筋小麦标准要求 ,如皖麦 38号、宁资 18、宁麦 9号、鲁麦 2 1、85- 85、温麦 8号、徐 2 5等。区域试验品种中有相当一部分优质品种 ,值得推广。江苏省根据本地区域特点 ,选育优质中筋力小麦品种更具有其优越的条件
The main quality traits of 87 wheat cultivars in Jiangsu province from 1996 to 1999 were analyzed. The results showed that the wheat cultivars in Jiangsu Province were dominated by medium gluten wheat varieties with the average of main quality traits : Bulk density 772 4 ± 2 2 4g / L, flour yield 66 2% ± 4 2%, flour flour protein 12 84% ± 1 66%, wet gluten 30 62% ± 5 63%, sedimentation value 50 9 ± 10 7ml, The stabilization time was 533 ± 2 96min, and the evaluation value was 4 4 87 ± 9 16. 16 84% of the varieties have reached the national standard of good gluten or weak gluten wheat, such as Wanmai 38, Ningzitai 18, Ningmai 9, Lumai 2 1,85-85, Wenmai 8, Xu 2 5 and so on. There are quite a few high-quality varieties in the regional test varieties, which are worth popularizing.
