关于拉伸试验速度(十字头移动速度或应力增加速度)对拉伸力学指标的影响,我们曾作过详尽的分析研究,并且得出了某些肯定的结论。但是从武钢生产薄板以来,我们从生产实践中发现,薄板的力学指标和拉伸速度之间的关系与文献〔1〕的结论有出入,足见薄板的拉力试验有其独自的特点。然而,我们查找了ISO及有关国家的薄板拉伸试验标准,虽然ISO和多数国家对0.5~3毫米厚的薄板拉力订了专门的标准,然而拉伸速发并未作特殊的规定,各国标准中的有关拉伸速度的规定基本上仍如文献〔1〕中所示。那么这样的拉伸速度对薄板的力学指标有何影响呢?这就是我们所需了解的问
