岷江上游映秀湾水电站,曾于1966年建成了一个规模较大的人工沙系统,第一次在我国采用捧磨机生产人工砂。水电总局组织的人工砂研究组,配合该系统的设计和施工,对棒磨机制砂进行了一系列的试验研究工作,并在系统投产前研制成了细度模数的快速测定法,为生产稳定优质的人工砂,起了重要的作用。映秀湾的速测法,测定一组砂样的细度模数只要5~6分钟时间,精度基本满足要求。“日本大坝”杂志在1976年第一期公布了他们创制的速测法,基本原理和我们的类似,所需时间大约15分钟,而按常规的检测法,则需要1~1.5小时。映秀湾速测法虽在15年前就已创制应用,它在人工砂生产控制中有相当的实用价
The Yingxiuwan Hydropower Station on the upper reaches of the Minjiang River had a large-scale artificial sand system built in 1966 and the first production of artificial sand by using a hand mill in China. With the design and construction of this system, a series of experimental research work has been carried out on the sand making process of the rod mill and a rapid determination method of the fineness modulus has been developed before the system is put into production.
