利用灵敏度分析方法,探讨了载人飞船光学窗口温度场的表示方法。同时利用Ideas TM G及Zem ax软件,分析了温度水平变化、轴向温差、径向温差和周向温差对光学窗口热光学误差的影响。分析和试验结果表明:径向温差和周向温差对光学窗口的热光学误差影响较大,而轴向温差和温度水平变化的影响很小。在制定光学窗口的热控制策略时,应对径向温差和周向温差进行重点控制。
Using the sensitivity analysis method, the expression of the temperature field of the optical window of a manned spacecraft is discussed. At the same time, the influence of temperature variation, axial temperature difference, radial temperature difference and circumferential temperature difference on the thermal optical error of the optical window was analyzed with Ideas TM G and Zem ax software. The analysis and experimental results show that the radial temperature difference and the circumferential temperature difference have a great influence on the thermal optical error of the optical window, while the influence of the axial temperature difference and the temperature level is small. In the development of optical window thermal control strategy, the radial temperature difference and circumferential temperature should be key control.
