闵行区教育体量庞大,现阶段共有187所中小学(幼儿园),并以每年新增10所学校以上的速度在递增,目前全区有1.3万余名中小学(幼儿园)教师,每年还要新进教师600余名,其中2/3以上都是初任教师。如何通过切实有效的培训与管理使这一庞大的教师群体焕发专业发展活力,成了我们迫在眉睫的事情。结合促进区域教师专业发展、加强教师教育课程管理的需要,我们已建立起覆盖全区各学段教师的教师专业发展支持系统,并已完成线上的各类课
