用ＨｙｐｅｒｓｉｌＯＤＳ色谱柱，以磷酸二氢钾（０．０５ ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ， ｐＨ ３．２）－乙腈（９２∶８）为流动相，采用反相高效液相色谱法测定血浆中阿替洛尔浓度。方法回收率高，结果准确，重现性好。
Hypersil ODS column, potassium dihydrogen phosphate (0.05 m ol / L, pH 3.2) - acetonitrile (92: 8) as the mobile phase, using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of atenolol in plasma concentration. The method has high recovery rate, accurate result and good reproducibility.
