随着肯德基、麦当劳等洋快餐在中国的快速发展,中式快餐也迅速崛起。但是中式快餐起步晚,虽然在数量上占优势,但是真正知名度高的品牌并不多,无论是在营业额还是在影响力上都与肯德基、麦当劳等洋快餐相差甚远。如何突破与洋快餐的较量,创造真正有价值、有影响力的中式快餐是一个值得思考的问题。通过研究老乡鸡的发展现状,分析其经营策略,对企业发展提出建议。
With the rapid development of foreign fast food such as KFC and McDonald’s in China, Chinese fast food has also risen rapidly.
