一、药品和药品管理的概念药品指的是用以预防和治疗人的各种疾病,有目的地调节生理功能,并规定有适应证、用法、用量的物质。同时也是增强体质、延长人的寿命、开展优生优育和美化人民生活的一种特殊商品, 药品管理,指的是药政部门按照国家的法律规定,对药品生产、经营、贮运、使用等各个环节的质量要求作出明确规定,并进行监督和管理,以保证人民使用药品的安全有效。
