“日本公司的成功之道并无任何秘诀和不可与外人言传的公式。不是理论,不是计划,也不是政府政策,而是人,只有人才能使企业获得成功。”这段话录自日本著名企业家盛田昭夫所著的《日本造》。在该书中,作者叙述了他和索尼公司为了将40年前日本产品等同于“价格低、质量差的模仿品”的代名词,改变为今天众所公认的“高质量,高技术”的代名词而进行的摸索和奋斗。其经验中最值得重视的,即是作者明确指出的“只有人才能使企业获得成功”。而充分强调人的作用,正是企业文化的价值核心。盛田昭夫在他的自传体的书中分析说:强调人的作用,应该出自真心诚意,有时还应具有大胆和勇气,甚至可能这是一种十分冒险的事。但是从长远看,无论你这个人如何优秀,如何有成效,你企业的未来是握在你所雇用的人员手中。
