我厂应用高碳钢强韧化处理的理论,在牙距为5毫米的圆搓丝滚模热处理中取得初步成效。随着铁路运输的不断发展需要愈来愈多的用于水泥轨枕上的螺旋道钉。铁道钉下部为牙距6毫米的冷搓公制螺纹。用于搓制这种螺纹的圆搓丝滚模的外径为φ307毫米,厚度为105毫米,内孔径为φ150毫米,牙距为6毫米,牙高为3.68毫米,材料为9SiCr 或 Cr12MoV 钢。每台搓丝机每班需搓制10000件左右,服役条件相当恶劣。因此,对搓丝滚模的要求较高。过去外协或自行锻造和热处理的搓丝滚模只能搓2000件左右即报废,致使圆盘式搓丝机无法投入生
