中共中央党史研究室革命烈士传编委会,于一九八七年十月十七日至十九日在南京召开了《革命烈士传》第四次编辑工作会议,会议总结和交流了第三次编辑工作会议以来的编辑工作经验,研究落实解放战争时期烈士传的编写计划和补遗集编写计划,同时,商讨《革命烈士传》和《中华英烈》杂志的发行工作。参加这次会议的有《革命烈士传》编委会的同志和各省、自治区、直辖市和解放军各大军区负责《革命烈士传》工作的同志共六十多人。江苏省委有关领导同志也出席了会议。《革命烈士传》编委会主编温济泽同志主持了会议并在会议结束时作了总结。《革命烈士传》编委会副主编黄涛同志作了《“革命烈士传”编辑工作
