钩端螺旋体病(钩体病)为一种分布广泛的人兽共患病,呈世界范围流行,我国为该病的高发地区之一。接种安全、有效的疫苗是预防钩体病的有效手段。为研究人用钩体疫苗免疫小鼠的最佳剂量,为进一步研究疫苗的安全性及有效性提供依据,本文采用上海生物制品研究所生产的三价钩体疫苗(包括黄疸出血型、流感伤寒型、秋季型,每型菌不少于1.5×108条/ml,剂量5 ml)免疫小鼠,筛选最佳免疫剂量,为下一步多种疫苗联合接种的研究奠定基础。
Leptospirosis (leptospirosis) is a widely distributed zoonosis that is prevalent in the world and one of the high prevalence areas in the country. Inoculation of safe and effective vaccines is an effective means of preventing leptospirosis. In order to study the optimal dose of human immunization with leptospira vaccine, this study provides the basis for further study on the safety and efficacy of the vaccine. In this paper, the trivalent leptospira vaccine (including jaundice bleeding, Type, autumn type, each type of bacteria is not less than 1.5 × 108 / ml, the dose of 5 ml) mice were screened for the best immunization dose, laying the foundation for the next multi-vaccine combination study.
