我原是上海一家被单厂的工人,去年七月退休后,经组织同意,到苏州地区的一个社办毛纺织厂担任技术指导工作。这里的社队企业非常发达,单以纺织工业来说,有丝织厂、棉织厂、服装厂、制绳织带厂、毛纺织厂等,我去的公社就有二十多家。但是社队企业普遍存在一个问题是:技术跟不上,产品质量差。因此经济效益差,有的还亏损。如一家社办丝织厂因飞梭打人而被迫停产。当地公社管工业的周书记急了,亲自找我商量,要我去找飞梭的原因。
