Recently, a company released a job vacancy message center operator. The work requires turning three shifts, requiring applicants to have a certain degree of oral English, computer input speed, articulate, responsive, and the company proposed priority graduates, providing a monthly salary slightly higher than the market average annual average Wage price. I thought there would be many young people applying for registration. We found that the number of applicants was not the same as the number of applicants, and even if some people applied for registration, quite a few people have offered to quit doing training after a period of time. Later, through community service agencies, most young people turned out to find it hard to turn three shifts. Another part of those who “escaped from the war” said that their service jobs were too busy and they had to keep on answering the phone, And encounter complaints also need to pay a lot of patience and endurance, for many reasons, they eventually chose to give up. In the words of these young people, they prefer to sit in the office as clerks, and although the wages are not high, they will not be so laborious or irritated.
