煤尘是煤矿井下五大灾害之一。是安全生产中的一大隐患。即有沉积煤尘的存在,就有大量的浮游煤尘。不但威胁矿工的身心健康,还能造成煤尘爆炸等重大事故,给国家和人民在政治上、经济上都带来巨大损失。因此,掌握煤尘沉积速度和清扫周期的变化规律及其关系,对根治沉积煤尘,防止煤尘爆炸及灾变扩大有重要意义。也是当前安全生产中需要研究解决的重要课题。为此,根据甘豪煤矿现场检测的资料和分析作简要介绍,供防尘工作者参考。 一、概述 甘豪煤矿是1984年12月投产的年产60万吨矿井。煤种为主焦煤,属于瓦斯、煤尘爆炸危险的矿井。煤层厚3~4米,煤层倾角12度。现有两个采区:一、三采区生产,二采区在开
