患者男性,28岁。间断左侧腰痛3年,加重3天入院。既往有高血压病史10年,时有头晕、恶心、心悸,血压控制不佳,最高达210/150 mmHg。B超示左肾中上极实质内可见大小2.5 cm×2.3 cm较强光团,考虑左肾占位。增强CT示左肾上极偏后方类圆形软组织影,明显强化,直径约3 cm,部分突出于肾实质外,印象:左肾癌。术中见左肾中上极隆起,

Past history of hypertension 10 years, when dizziness, nausea, heart palpitations, poor blood pressure control, up to 210/150 mmHg. B ultrasound showed that the left kidney in the very essence of the visible size of 2.5 cm × 2.3 cm more light group, consider the left kidney occupancy. Enhanced CT showed the left kidney on the top of the class after the round soft tissue shadow, significantly enhanced, about 3 cm in diameter, some prominent in the renal parenchyma, the impression: left kidney cancer.
