GMCADS(Genaralized Mechauisms Computer Aided Design System)系统是对任意机构自动进行运动学、静力学和运力学分析的软件系统,是参考目前世界上十分流行的多刚体系统 MBS 软件(如 IMP、ADAMS 等)而研制的一个面向问题的、交互式的通用计算机辅助设计系统。在 GMCADS 系统研究中,本文讨论了广义机构的数学模型和力学模型,根据网络理论、矩阵代数和多刚体系统力学对模型建立方法作了简单描述,在 GMCADS 系统的应用方面,本文将 GMCADS 系统用于拖拉机形态的研究,讨论了拖拉机-挂车机组的广义机构模型及其行驶平顺性问题。
The GMCADS (Genaralized Mechauisms Computer Aided Design System) system is a software system that automatically analyzes kinematics, statics and mechanics of any mechanism. With reference to MBS software (such as IMP, ADAMS, etc.) which is very popular in the world at present, Developed a problem-oriented, interactive, universal computer-aided design system. In the research of GMCADS system, this paper discusses the mathematical model and mechanics model of generalized mechanism. Based on network theory, matrix algebra and multi-body system mechanics, the modeling method is briefly described. In the application of GMCADS system, In the research of tractor form, the generalized mechanism model of tractor-trailer unit and its ride comfort are discussed.
