为解决放射免疫显像研究中缺乏合适荷瘤动物模型的难题,参照用于药敏检测小鼠肾被膜下(SRC)移植人肿瘤组织模型的实验方法及理论基础,建立家兔SRC移植人肿瘤组织模型。结果发现肿瘤移植后第3天血管建立,第6天肿瘤细胞生长,免疫组化呈阳性结果。在肿瘤移植后第3天注入标记单抗,第6天显像即可得到肿瘤清晰影像。家兔SRC肿瘤模型,具有方法简单、应用范围广、静脉注射容易,适于γ相机显像等优点。为放射免疫显像研究提供了较为理想的荷瘤动物模型。
In order to solve the problem of lack of appropriate tumor-bearing animal model in radioimmunoimaging research, the experimental method and theoretical basis for detecting drug-sensitive mouse renal subarachnoid (SRC) transplanted human tumor tissue model were established to establish rabbit SRC transplanted human tumor Organizational model. The results showed that the blood vessels were established on the 3rd day after tumor transplantation, and the tumor cells grew on the 6th day. Immunohistochemistry showed a positive result. Rabbit SRC tumor model, with a simple method, a wide range of applications, intravenous injection is easy, suitable for gamma camera imaging and so on. It provides an ideal tumor-bearing animal model for radioimmunoimaging research.
