通过廉租房机制满足低收入家庭和最低收入家庭的居住消费需求,是社会主义和谐社会在居住消费层面的关键性保障制度安排。把解决我国低收入和最低收入家庭居住消费问题的主要路径放在廉租房上,也是贯彻落实党的十六届五中全会精神的重要举措之一。为此,必须对廉租房制度进行一系列的重构。
The low-rent housing mechanism to meet the living needs of low-income families and the lowest-income families is the key guarantee system arrangement of the harmonious society in the level of living and consumption. It is also one of the important measures to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee to put the main path to solving the housing and living problems of low-income and lowest-income families in our country on low-rent housing. To this end, we must carry out a series of reconstruction of the low-rent housing system.
