哈尔滨铁路局1991年度科技情报暨科管工作会议于7月15日至19日在五大连池市召开。参加会议的有局科研所、减速顶研究中心、设计院、各业务处、七个分局和各工程处等单位的代表,共50余人。会议由局副总工程师康瑞清主持。会上有八个单位介绍科技情报工作经验,减速顶研究中心情报室主任傅耕野同志在会上介绍了他们关于科技情报、经济情报、市场信息、用户信息等做法,得到了与会者的好评。
Harbin Railway Bureau in 1991 scientific and technological intelligence and scientific management work conference was held in Wudalianchi City from July 15 to July 19. A total of more than 50 people attended the meeting, including scientific research institutes, research centers for deceleration roofs, design institutes, business offices, seven branch offices and various engineering agencies. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chief Engineer Kangrui Qing. At the meeting, eight units introduced the work experience of science and technology intelligence. At the meeting, Comrade Fu Gengye, director of the intelligence research center of Retarding Center, introduced their practices on scientific and technological intelligence, economic intelligence, market information and user information, and won acclaim from participants.
