目前对羽毛球球拍轻质、高强地追求,推动了新型羽毛球球拍材料和相关研究的蓬勃发展。镁合金作为目前最轻的金属结构材料近年来也被研究应用于新型羽毛球球拍材料。本研究探讨新型Mg-4Al-2Si合金羽毛球拍材料热处理后,不同热处理工艺对合金力学性能的影响。对新型镁合金羽毛球拍材料的设计、制造和选择提供理论依据和技术支持。
At present the badminton rackets light, high-strength pursuit of promoting the new badminton racket material and related research flourish. Magnesium alloy as the lightest metal structural materials in recent years has also been applied to research new badminton racket material. This study was to investigate the effect of different heat treatment processes on the mechanical properties of the new type Mg-4Al-2Si alloy badminton racquet after heat treatment. The new magnesium alloy badminton racket material design, manufacture and selection provide a theoretical basis and technical support.
