目的 建立犬的侧方、分叉部和顶端动脉瘤模型并行数字减影造影 (DSA)评估。方法 2 5条犬采用全麻和显微外科的方法 ,将两侧的颈总动脉进行重建 ,构成动脉分叉部和动脉顶端分叉 ,将静脉袋吻合于动脉分叉和顶端构成分叉部和顶端的动脉瘤模型各 10个 ;将静脉袋移植于动脉侧壁则形成侧方动脉瘤 18个。 2~ 3周后动物全麻行DSA评估。结果 有一只动物因为麻醉过量而死亡 ,一只动物因顶端动脉瘤破裂死亡 ;其余 2 3只动物 2~ 3周后行DSA检查 :1只分叉部动脉瘤连同载瘤动脉完全闭塞 ,3个侧方动脉瘤自发闭塞 ,1个顶端动脉瘤术后 3周破裂并形成假性动脉瘤。共收获分叉部动脉瘤 9个 ,顶端动脉瘤 8个 ,侧方动脉瘤 13个。结论 本组动脉瘤动物模型的制作手术成功率高 ,并发症少 ,动脉瘤收获率达 79%。类型齐全 ,能模拟除梭形动脉瘤以外的各种类型的颅内动脉瘤的血液动力学特点。随之进行的动脉瘤模型栓塞实验已经证实本组动脉瘤模型的使用效果非常满意
Objective To establish a digital subtraction angiography (DSA) assessment of lateral, bifurcation and apical aneurysms in dogs. Methods Twenty-five dogs were subjected to general anesthesia and microsurgery to reconstruct the common carotid arteries on both sides to form the bifurcation of the artery and the tip of the artery. A total of 9 bifurcation aneurysms, 8 aortic aneurysms and 13 lateral aneurysms were harvested. Conclusion This group of aneurysm animal model of high success rate of surgery, complications, aneurysm harvest rate of 79%. Complete range, can simulate various types of intracranial aneurysms in addition to the shuttle-shaped aneurysm hemodynamic characteristics.
