神经母细胞瘤是新生儿期较常见的先天性恶性肿瘤,本文报告我院见到的1例。患儿女,10天,因腹胀、黄疸进行性加重三天而来我院。患儿为第三胎第二产。父母均健康。母亲妊娠期无感染、服药及接受电离照射史。其母第一胎第一产因与患儿相同症状于生后8天夭折,第二胎为过期流产。体检:一般情况差,全身皮肤及巩膜中度黄染,皮肤广泛散在淡兰色、约0.5cm~2大小、中等硬度之皮下结节。浅表淋巴结可触及。心肺(-)。腹膨隆;肝在锁骨中线右肋下6.5cm、质硬、表面不平;脾在左肋下1cm;未摸及其他肿块。全身轻度浮肿。肌张力低下,吸吮、拥抱、握持等反射均未引 Neuroblastoma is a more common congenital malignancy in the neonatal period, this article reports one case seen in our hospital.
