神经系统、内分泌系统和免疫系统三者之间的相互作用是维持正常生命活动的保证。如果说垂体是内分泌系统的主腺,胸腺也可看作免疫系统的主腺。胸腺萎缩及其对免疫系统的影响,尤其是应激反应对神经一内分泌免疫调节的影响是值得探讨的问题。关于应激所致胸腺萎缩可能发生机制及其对免疫影响已有一些报道,但寒冷所致胸腺cAMP、cGMP及cAMP/cGMP比值的变化尚未见报道。本文应用大白鼠对周围环境寒冷因素引起胸腺萎缩与环核苷酸的关系作了初步探讨。实验方法
