针对世界银行《东亚经济发展报告(2006)》提出的“中等收入陷阱”的概念,国内外很多学者都对此进行了深入分析。但是,我国当前面临问题复杂多变,单纯使用收入指标无法准确量化我国发展阶段。“发展水平”则是综合考察各种因素后,提出的更合理也更科学的衡量社会发展指标。我国在今后一段时期,应努力做到内外兼修、标本兼治,跨越“中等收入陷阱”。
According to the concept of “middle income trap” put forward by the World Bank’s “East Asian Economic Development Report (2006)”, many scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth analysis. However, the current problems faced by our country are complex and changeable. Simply using the income indicators can not accurately quantify the stage of China’s development. “Development level ” is a more reasonable and more scientific measure of social development after a comprehensive survey of various factors. In the coming period of our country, our country should make every effort to achieve internal and external education, tackle both the symptoms and the root causes, and cross the “middle income trap”.
