中煤总公司淮北煤矿建设公司在建设和强化安全保证体系上狠下功夫,安全管理逐步纳入制度化、规范化、科学化轨道。井下万米死亡率连续十年低于国家规定标准。1988年和1989年保持在“1”以下,达到国内同行业先进水平,最近被中煤总公司评为安全工作先进单位。该公司在长期的施工实践中认识到,抓安全仅靠搞活动、打“速决战”不行,必须建立严密的安全保证体系。他们把安全岗位责任制、安全工作制度、奖惩制度作为强化保证体系的基本前提,对原有的189项制度
Huaibei Coal Mine Construction Company of China National Coal Company made great efforts in building and strengthening the safety assurance system, and gradually introducing safety management into the systemized, standardized and scientific track.
