目的:改良复方皮质散的制作环节,提高药品使用便捷度。方法:制取40目至120目复方皮质散药粉,并随机抽取20个药瓶喷头,测量其内径。在相同环境下,运用相同方法连续挤压瓶身20次,用电子天平称量所喷出的药粉重量。结果:20个药瓶喷头共有4种内径尺寸,直径分别为0.86 mm、0.88 mm、0.90 mm及0.92 mm,各自最合适的药粉目数分别为110目(s2=6.00E-05)、80目(s2=7.36E-05)、40目(s2=2.01 E-04)及40目(s2=2.5 E-05)。结论:建议临床使用的药物规格宜为喷头内径0.86 mm,药粉目数110目。
Objective: To improve the manufacturing process of compound cortical powder and improve the convenience of drug use. Methods: 40 mesh to 120 mesh compound cortical powders were prepared and randomly selected 20 bottles of drug bottle, measuring its diameter. In the same environment, using the same method of continuous squeeze the bottle 20 times, weighing electronic weighing the weight of the spray powder. Results: There are 4 inner diameter sizes of 20 bottle tips with the diameters of 0.86 mm, 0.88 mm, 0.90 mm and 0.92 mm, respectively. The most suitable powder numbers are 110 mesh (s2 = 6.00E-05), 80 mesh (s2 = 7.36E-05), 40 mesh (s2 = 2.01 E-04) and 40 mesh (s2 = 2.5 E-05). Conclusion: It is recommended that the drug specification for clinical use is 0.86 mm inner diameter and 110 mesh powder.
